Urban Jungle Algeria and the Street Artist SNEAK have transformed the decommissioned JFK basketball field into one of the most beautiful Calligraphy Art works ever made.

We are particularly excited about the project that was carried out in Kouba, one District in the Center of Algiers, as promoters of the country´s first environmental protection and sustainability project, hoping it will be the beginning of a very long series. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iHvIB5DGcc8 Our Urban Jungle family in Algeria - in ten days (and night) of grueling work and more than 1400 m2 of painting - has redeveloped the old and dirty JFK Basket Court, of the local Woman’s Basket Team - giving it new life and returning it to the neighborhood community. The work was created by the Algerian street artist SNEAK, who gave free rein to creativity, keeping the iconic colors of Urban Jungle and adding an "Algerian" touch with the Arabic writings, which will almost include the area: an admirable example of Calligraphy Art never done before The redevelopment of the JFK basketball court is one of the projects linked to the objectives of sustainability, environmental protection and development of sports activities promoted by Urban Jungle, in the cities where our stores are present, contributing to the social improvement of sports. D'un terrain de basket abandonné à une œuvre de Street Art

Urban Jungle Algeria et l'artiste SNEAK ont transformé le terrain de basket JFK désaffecté en l'une des plus belles œuvres d'art de calligraphie jamais réalisée.

Nous sommes particulièrement enthousiasmés par le projet qui a été réalisé à Kouba, un quartier au centre de la ville d'Alger, en tant que promoteurs du premier projet de protection et de durabilité de l'environnement du pays, en espérant que ce sera le début d'une très longue série. Notre famille Urban Jungle en Algérie a réaménagé le terrain de basket abandonné depuis des années du club féminin JFK, lui donnant une nouvelle vie et le rendant à la communauté du quartier. Il aura fallu dix jours et nuit de travail épuisant et une surface de plus de 1400 m2 peinte. L'œuvre a été réalisé par le street artiste algérien SNEAK, qui a laissé libre cours à sa créativité, en gardant les couleurs emblématiques de Urban Jungle et en ajoutant une touche "algérienne" aux écritures arabes, qui engloberont presque le quartier : un exemple admirable de l'art de la calligraphie, du jamais vu auparavant. Le réaménagement du terrain de basket JFK est l'un des projets lié aux objectifs de durabilité, de protection de l'environnement et de développement des activités sportives promus par Urban Jungle, dans les villes où nos magasins sont présents, contribuant à l'amélioration sociale liée au sport.
