The Hundreds: from Californian subculture to Global Street Culture

The Hundreds: from Californian subculture to Global Street Culture

August 13, 2025 Manuela Palma

The Californian Streetwear brand which takes inspiration from 90's Workwear and L.A. Subcultures.

The Hundreds is a label born in California in 2003, by Bobby Kim and Ben Shenassafar, which puts first the relationship with its community, rather than the products. The strength of the brand is that it fully represents the urban tribes of L.A.; its style is easygoing, relaxed just like the Californian mood. The brand takes inspiration from the workwear of the 90s, from the subcultural tribes of the West Coast of the United States: all mixed together with a fresh, contemporary Streetwear Style. The latest Winter 21-22 collection is a cheerful combination of bright color blocks, with the iconic logo bomb ready to explode.
